Face to Face Counselling
£65 for a 50 minute session
My beautiful therapy room in Tring is a tranquil haven where clients can come to escape from the stress and challenges of everyday life.
I invite all new clients to attend a 60 minute assessment session and this is charged at a rate of £75. I will ask you to complete a short assessment form before attending this session. Thereafter the sessions are charged at £65 for 50 minutes.
When working with children up to the age of 16 years I request an initial assessment meeting with the parent/carer only. This is a 60 minute session charged at £75.
I can also offer single sessions, especially for anyone who is looking to understand ASD/ADHD in more detail. Please enquire for more information. These ad-hoc sessions are priced at £75 for 60 minutes.

Online Counselling (live video)
£65 for a 50 minute session
A flexible way of accessing counselling from the comfort of your home and a fantastic way of delivering teleplay therapy to older children and teenagers.

The software I use is free and easy to access from your phone or laptop. Your device will need a webcam and microphone.

Telephone Counselling
£65 for a 50 minute session
Telephone counselling is a flexible way of accessing support.

Some people like to go for a walk whilst having their counselling session, however please be aware of your ability to maintain privacy.

The use of earphones is recommended.

Live chat counselling is a flexible way of seeking support for those who find face to face counselling difficult or those who do not have a safe and confidential space from which to talk.

A great option for adolescents who may find it easier to talk through text.

Soul Transformation Therapy (STT)
£90 for a 90 minute session
This is a deeper level of healing therapy that works on the unconscious mind and can help to clear stuck patterns, blockages and emotional trauma that resides in our energy fields. It is a deeply spiritual healing practice.
