Energy Healing Services

First introduced by Blue Marsden in 2014, STT is used as a core issue therapy and aims to clear stuck patterns, blockages and other emotional challenges which sit in the unconscious. STT works at a deeper level than conventional psychotherapy and offers up to 7 healing interventions including Archetype and Parts Dialogue, Odic bonding, Trauma Release and Boundary Tapping for control issues.

 

This is a 90 minute healing session and is carried out online. Sometimes it is necessary for a shorter 60 minute follow up healing session a few weeks or a month after the initial healing.

Soul Transformation Therapy works as a stand alone healing intervention or as a follow on from a Soul Plan Reading.

The first session is priced at £90 and £70 for subsequent sessions.

Soul Plan readings are based on the vibrational letters that appear in your birth name. It is a channeled system that enables you to understand your purpose in life. If you are feeling stuck and lost with no clear plan of direction, a Soul Plan reading can help you to understand why and put you back on the right pathway.

 

Together we will explore your Worldly and Spiritual strengths and goals and the challenges you are here to overcome. This will help you to identify your soul's purpose on this earth and how to align with this.

A full 90 minute Soul Plan reading costs £90 and this includes the integration and healing practice. Sessions can be done online or face to face.

Mini readings are available at £40 which do not go into depth but look at the main energies and summaries in your plan.

I use a specific type of soul healing system working under a guide named 'Siri'. During these sessions, I channel deeply healing light frequencies to release emotional soul trauma that might be inhibiting or blocking your energy system. When our chakra system is blocked with negatively charged emotions this impacts our mental and physical health. We can feel stuck and our life can become very challenging. This is because what lies unhealed within us will start to be reflected in everyday life.

Soul healing sessions begin to lift and remove the emotionally charged blockages from the soul lineage and help to bring a sense of lightness and calm along with clarity and hope for the future. Soul healing works on inner child trauma from this life in addition to past life and ancestral trauma.

It is recommended that soul healing sessions are booked as a block of 3 although single sessions can also be incredibly effective.

Single Session is £50 or £120 for 3 sessions booked together.

Reiki is an ancient, Japanese energy healing system that releases energetic blockages from our body and promotes mental, emotional and physical healing.

​

Reiki restores the body's natural flow of energy by channeling energy that already exists within the universe. The reiki energy flows where the healing is required and can lead to a feeling of release and renewed energy. It is particularly effective for working with grief, anger, trauma, anxiety, stress, and depression.

​

Reiki treatment can be delivered either in person at my therapy space in Tring or online, which is something we call distant reiki. Both offer the same level of healing. It is entirely a matter of preference.
